Return Policy
Our made-to-order (MTO) system minimizes impulse buying. All of our shoes are made in the standard width -- US D width or UK F. We have developed lasts (foot-shaped molds) and have refined them over years based on real customer feedback. If you have dress shoes from other renowned brands, use that size to order.
a. 'Sizing' related exchange is possible for a maximum of one time since our shoes are Made-to-Order.
b. Refund or Exchange will be initiated only after we physically inspect the shoes for its original and restock-able condition at our warehouse. If we find the shoe used/not in its original condition, a refund may not be possible.
c. Return Shipping in its Original packaging is customer responsibility including fielding the return shipping costs. We don't offer any free return pickup.
d. Only size change shall be entertained during the onetime Exchange process. No changes to Style or Color shall be entertained during an exchange
e. In a size exchange request, you can request for a half size or full size UP or DOWN. The replacement pair will take another 1-2 weeks to ship after our successful physical inspection of the returned pair and it qualifying for an exchange.
f. Returns or (one time) Exchanges window open for 1 week from the time the shoes are delivered to your shipping address.
g. No Exchange or Refund possible with International orders given the Customs formalities and Freight costs involved. So, international customers kindly think twice prior to ordering.
